"Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and NPS workflow documents. Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data for NPS applications. Perform Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT support. Validate NPS processes including account opening, subscriber registration, contributions, withdrawals, annuity processing, and grievance management. Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools. Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues. Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective. Ensure adherence to testing standards, processes, and quality guidelines. Prepare daily/weekly status reports and testing metrics. Support production validation and post\-release testing activities. Experience in API validation using Postman."
