6 \+ Years of experience in Functional Manual Testing

3\+ Years of testing experience in SFDC Sales CPQ testing \- (Quote to Cash Knowledge \- Mandatory)

Experience of Testing Life Cycle, Testing artifacts, Sandboxes, Test Data creation etc

Deep understanding of sales cloud and service cloud

SFDC Sales Cloud : Good understanding of Account\-\>Lead\-\>Quote\-\>Order business process and underlying SFDC objects

SFDC Service Cloud : Good understanding of Account\-\>Case\-\>service work flow and underlying SFDC objects

Experience in system testing, integration testing, regression and acceptance testing

Hands on experience of JIRA for defect tracking, reporting and project stakeholder communication

Experience of Agile/Scrum \- Way of Working, Backlog planning, daily stand\-up, retrospectionTo develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and objectives in collaboration with project stakeholders to define testing scope, goals, and deliverables.

• *Key Responsibilities**

1\. To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client /team to understand functional /design specifications ,highlight performance concerns, inconsistencies ,ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place/kept upto date.

2\. To Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies /tools and Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.

3\. To oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts ensuring consistency and alignment with quality standards to minimize exposure.

4\. To develop/guide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework , enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
