• *Experience Required:** 8–12 years

• *Education:** Master’s degree in Transport Planning, Urban Planning, or Transportation Engineering from a reputed institute (NIT/IIT/SPA or equivalent) with strong academic performance.

• *Role Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead transport planning projects, manage teams, and deliver innovative mobility solutions. The role involves client interaction, project execution, and partial support to business development activities.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead project delivery and execution in transport planning.
• Manage and mentor team members.
• Interact with clients and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Contribute to proposal drafting and business development initiatives.
• Provide technical expertise in transport planning and traffic engineering.

• *Technical Skills Required:**

• 4‑Stage Modelling and Simulation Modelling.
• Data analytics using Python, Advanced Excel, and VBA Macros.
• Regional transport system modelling with VISUM, CUBE, or AIMSUN.
• Operational assessment of urban transport sub‑systems/networks using VISSIM, CORSIM, or AIMSUN.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

• *General Requirements:**

• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to draft proposals and manage client delivery.
• Business development acumen, especially for innovative mobility solutions.
• Strong technical understanding of transport planning concepts and traffic engineering.

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹1,800,000\.00 per year
