Senior UI/UX Designer (6y+)

• *Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative **Senior UI/UX Designer** with strong expertise in **Figma** to design intuitive, user\-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user behavior, design principles, and collaboration across cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality product designs.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead end\-to\-end **UI/UX design processes** from requirement gathering to final handoff
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high\-fidelity designs using **Figma**
• Build and maintain **design systems, reusable components, and style guides** in Figma
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions
• Conduct **user research, usability testing**, and convert insights into design improvements
• Ensure **consistent design language and branding** across platforms (web/mobile)
• Translate business requirements into impactful user experiences
• Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers (if applicable)
• Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility and smooth implementation
• Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 6–7 years of experience in **UI/UX design**, with a strong portfolio
• Expert proficiency in **Figma** (auto\-layout, components, variants, prototyping, design systems)
• Strong understanding of **user\-centered design (UCD)** principles
• Experience with **design systems and scalable UI frameworks**
• Knowledge of **responsive and adaptive design**
• Hands\-on experience with **interaction design and prototyping**
• Familiarity with **accessibility standards (WCAG)**
• Working knowledge of front\-end technologies (**HTML, CSS, JavaScript**) is a plus
• Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills

Pay: ₹70,000\.00 \- ₹90,000\.00 per month
