• *We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping intuitive, engaging, and user\-centric digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive product success.**

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• **Lead the end\-to\-end design process, from concept and ideation to final hand\-off for development.**
• **Create intuitive, user\-focused designs that simplify complex workflows and enhance usability.**
• **Develop wireframes, user flows, storyboards, process flows, and site maps to clearly communicate design concepts.**
• **Design high\-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.**
• **Present design concepts, rationale, and deliverables to internal teams and senior stakeholders, and incorporate feedback effectively.**
• **Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to continuously improve designs.**
• **Define, maintain, and promote design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.**
• **Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.**
• **Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them thoughtfully to projects.**
• **Contribute to motion design and micro\-interactions to enhance overall user experience.**

• *Qualifications**

• **Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.**
• **8\+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong, demonstrable portfolio.**
• **Hands\-on experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.**
• **Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.**
• **Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.**
• **Strong visual design skills with a keen understanding of user\-system interaction.**
• **Excellent problem\-solving abilities with a creative and analytical mindset.**
• **Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions clearly.**
• **Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.**
• **Ability to work collaboratively in cross\-functional teams and directly with developers.**
• **Experience or interest in motion design is a plus.**

Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹1,300,000\.00 per year
