About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to own the end\-to\-end design experience across our suite of products on both web and mobile. A core part of this role is maintaining a uniform look and feel across every platform and product — so that any user, looking at any one of our products, immediately recognizes it as belonging to the same organization. You’ll keep the experience coherent, intuitive, and consistent while tailoring each product to the people who use it. This role suits someone who thinks in systems, sweats the details, and can move comfortably between high\-level product thinking and pixel\-level execution.
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive, accessible interfaces across multiple products spanning web and native mobile (iOS/Android).
- Own the full design process — from user research and journey mapping through wireframes, prototypes, and polished high\-fidelity designs.
- Build and maintain a shared design system, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across every product.
- Maintain a uniform visual identity across all products and platforms (web and mobile), so the product suite is instantly recognizable as coming from one organization.
- Deliver developer\-ready designs — complete with specs, states, assets, and clear annotations — so engineers can pick them up and start building without guesswork.
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to turn requirements into clear, buildable designs.
- Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing, and use those insights to drive design decisions.
- Adapt designs thoughtfully across screen sizes and platforms, respecting the conventions of each while keeping the brand cohesive.
- Advocate for the user, raising the bar on quality, usability, and accessibility.
What We’re Looking For
- 5\+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, ideally on SaaS or product\-led teams.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating work across multiple products and across both web and mobile platforms.
- Proven experience building or contributing to a design system used across more than one product.
- Experience producing developer\-ready handoffs (e.g., in Figma) with clear specs, redlines, components, and states that engineers can build directly from.
- Fluency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
- Solid grasp of responsive web design, native mobile design patterns, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Strong understanding of user\-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams of PMs and engineers.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for complex, data\-heavy, or enterprise workflows.
- Familiarity with front\-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS, component libraries) and how designs translate into code.
- Experience working alongside engineering teams in an agile environment.
Pay: ₹1,200,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
