Job Description

Encore Consulting Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with strong W2 hiring experience to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end US IT recruitment.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle W2 hiring, candidate submissions, and interview coordination.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring teams.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of US IT recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of W2 hiring and US staffing.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• Experience with candidate submissions and interview scheduling.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work the US night shift.
