What We're Looking For

✅ 8\+ years of overall experience with at least 5\+ years in UX Design

✅ Strong hands\-on experience in Design Systems

✅ Expert\-level proficiency in Figma (Mandatory)

✅ Proven experience in Mobile App Design (Android \& iOS)

✅ Mandatory experience in the FinTech domain (Banking, Payments, Insurance, Wealth Management, Digital Finance, etc.)

✅ Experience working on Middle East/GCC projects (Mandatory)

✅ Strong knowledge of Arabic language support, RTL (Right\-to\-Left) design principles, and localization

✅ Expertise in creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high\-fidelity UI designs

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and client\-facing experience

✅ Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders in Agile environments

✅ Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies, Design Systems, Mobile Apps, FinTech products, and Arabic/RTL designs

Pay: ₹654,149\.07 \- ₹2,018,119\.43 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad, Hyderabad District)
