What You'll Do
- Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high\-fidelity mockups.
- Design complex dashboards featuring data visualizations such as line charts, pie charts, graphs, geographical maps, and AI\-powered interfaces.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather actionable feedback.
- Develop user personas and identify opportunities to improve usability and accessibility.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, UI Designers, and stakeholders to deliver world\-class user experiences.
- Translate business requirements into engaging and user\-centric designs.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, design methodologies, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills \& Experience
5\+ years of hands\-on UX Design experience.

- ✅ Proficiency in:
- Figma (Must Have)

- Design Thinking \& User\-Centered Design (UCD)
- Accessibility \& Usability Best PracticesPreferred Skills:
- Experience with A/B Testing, Heuristic Evaluation, and Rapid Prototyping.
- Graphic Design and Social Media Creative Development.
