Job Summary

CITO TECHNO is hiring a **Senior UX/UI Designer** to create engaging, user\-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **Figma**, responsive UI design, design systems, and modern UX practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and responsive UI for web and mobile applications.
• Create and maintain design systems using Figma.
• Convert wireframes into high\-fidelity, production\-ready designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and usability.
• Participate in design reviews and implementation QA.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and AI\-powered design tools.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of UX/UI Design experience.
• Strong expertise in **Figma** and **Adobe Creative Suite**.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and design systems.
• Experience with eCommerce or enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing recent UI/UX projects.

Nice to Have

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Exposure to AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, or similar.

Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹90,000\.00 per month
