We are a SEO and AI search agency with 15\+ years of experience working with clients across healthcare, legal, home services, and medical aesthetics.
We operate with a global team and are transitioning toward **AI\-augmented production workflows** across design, development, and content.
We are hiring **one Senior UX/UI Designer \& Developer** to work exclusively with us on a long\-term basis.
This is **not a freelance role**. You will own the full lifecycle of website projects—from concept to deployment—while leveraging AI tools as a core part of your workflow.
You will work directly with the founders and be responsible for **design quality, development execution, and overall output performance**.
- Design and build client websites across industries such as: Clinics \& healthcare, Law firms, Med spas, Home service businesses
- Lead UX strategy, wireframing, and interface design
- Develop high\-performance websites (primarily WordPress; Webflow/custom is a plus)
- Continuously improve and maintain the agency’s website and landing pages
- Build internal tools and workflow interfaces as we scale automation
- Implement schema markup and technical SEO best practices
- Use AI tools to accelerate design, development, and production workflows
- *Requirements (Must\-Have)**
- 5\+ years of experience (agency experience required)
- Strong UX/UI design skills (Figma proficiency required)
- Production\-level web development experience (WordPress mandatory)
- Hands\-on experience with AI tools such as:
- ChatGPT / Claude
- GitHub Copilot / Cursor
- v0\.dev, Bolt.new, Figma AI
- Understanding of technical SEO and schema markup
- Strong written English communication
- Portfolio with real client work (service\-based businesses preferred)

- Experience working with clinics, law firms, or home services
- Strong understanding of **conversion\-focused design**
- Proven transition from manual workflows to AI\-driven workflows
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to clearly explain design decisions to non\-technical stakeholders
