About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced **Senior Video Editor** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **Adobe Premiere Pro** and **Adobe After Effects**, with the ability to create high\-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, corporate branding, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and manage Talking Head and Podcast video projects, ensuring quality, consistency,
• and timely delivery across short\-form and long\-form content.
• Create motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
• Perform color correction, color grading, audio editing, and sound enhancement.
• Add captions, transitions, music, and sound effects to create engaging content.
• Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, and Content teams to deliver impactful videos.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios.
• Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.
• Organize project files and maintain a structured editing workflow.
• Guide and support junior editors whenever required.
• Stay updated with the latest editing trends, tools, and social media best practices.Required Skills
• Advanced proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro**
• Strong knowledge of **Adobe After Effects**

• Social Media Video Editing (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)

• Knowledge of video codecs, export settings, resolutions, and frame rates
• Strong attention to detail and time management

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Photoshop \& Illustrator
• Experience with AI\-powered editing tools (Runway, Adobe Firefly, Descript, etc.)
• Basic understanding of camera workflows and production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
• **3–6 years** of professional video editing experience.
• A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing corporate videos, advertisements, social media content, and motion graphics.
