About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance\-driven **Video Editor** to produce high\-converting short\-form video ads for digital marketing campaigns. If you're passionate about creating engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and performance marketing creatives that stop users from scrolling, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll work closely with our Growth Marketing team to create compelling content, experiment with new creative formats, and optimize videos based on performance metrics.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Edit engaging short\-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Create high\-converting video advertisements focused on user acquisition and engagement.
• Optimize the first few seconds of videos using compelling hooks, transitions, captions, text overlays, and sound effects.
• Add motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance content quality.
• Edit UGC, creator content, stock footage, and product videos into polished marketing creatives.
• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to develop new creative concepts and campaign ideas.
• Analyze creative performance and iterate on video formats to improve engagement, watch time, click\-through rates, and conversions.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, memes, and Gen Z content formats.
• Deliver multiple creative variations while maintaining fast turnaround times.

• *Requirements**

• 3\+ years of professional experience as a Video Editor.
• Strong portfolio showcasing short\-form videos, advertisements, or performance marketing creatives.
• Advanced proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro** and **Adobe After Effects**.
• Strong understanding of vertical video formats and social media platforms.
• Experience editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and digital advertisements.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, text animations, transitions, captions, and sound design.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, watch time, hook rate, and audience retention is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced startup environment with multiple deadlines.
• Strong creative storytelling and visual communication skills.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience with Figma, Blender, or Lottie.
• Experience editing UGC and creator\-led content.
• Familiarity with AI\-powered editing tools such as Runway, Kling, HeyGen, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with performance marketing or D2C brands is an advantage.
