Red Studio Collective is a Bangalore\-based creative ecosystem comprising Red Productions (commercial and corporate video production) and More Than Red (premium cinematic wedding films). We work with serious clients, we hold our craft to a high standard, and we are growing. We are looking for editors who care deeply about the work — not just people who know the software.

• *The Role**

We need a Senior Video Editor who can take raw footage from weddings, corporate events, brand films, and social content shoots and turn it into something that actually moves people. You will own the edit from first cut to final delivery and bring both technical precision and storytelling instinct to every project. You will also guide junior editors on the team.

• *What You Will Edit**

• Cinematic wedding films — long\-form highlights, reels, and full\-length films
• Corporate event films — conferences, award nights, product launches, internal communications
• Brand and product films for social media and digital campaigns
• YouTube content, behind\-the\-scenes, and studio productions
• Short\-form reels and social cuts for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

• *What You Are Responsible For**

• End\-to\-end editing — from footage review and selects to final colour\-graded, audio\-mixed deliverable
• Structuring narratives with a clear storytelling arc — not just cuts to music
• Colour correction and colour grading in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro
• Audio syncing, basic sound design, and music selection that serves the story
• Motion graphics, titles, and lower thirds using After Effects
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines without reminders
• Reviewing and giving feedback on junior editor cuts
• Maintaining consistent visual style across deliverables for each client

• *Must\-Have Skills**

Storytelling is non\-negotiable. We are not looking for someone who assembles footage — we are looking for someone who tells stories through the edit. Every cut, every music choice, every transition must serve the emotional arc of the piece.

• 3\+ years of professional video editing — weddings, corporate, or brand content
• Strong understanding of narrative structure, pacing, and emotional editing
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
• Solid colour correction — exposure, white balance, skin tones
• Colour grading capability — building and maintaining a cinematic look across a full project
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects — titles, lower thirds, motion graphics
• Strong audio editing — sync, levels, music pacing
• Active portfolio or showreel showing range across genres

• *Good to Have**

• Experience editing LOG or RAW footage
• LUT creation or custom grade development
• Multi\-camera event edit experience
• Prior agency or production house background
• Motion design skills beyond standard AE templates
