Job Summary

Revolite is hiring a **Senior Web Performance Engineer** with strong expertise in **Client\-Side Web Performance, Core Web Vitals, and Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM)**. This role requires a hands\-on specialist who can identify, analyze, and resolve client\-side performance bottlenecks impacting user experience across large\-scale retail e\-commerce applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS).
• Perform browser rendering and performance analysis using Chrome DevTools.
• Identify and troubleshoot client\-side performance issues affecting customer experience.
• Manage Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
• Analyze browser rendering, JavaScript execution, resource loading, and performance bottlenecks.
• Correlate telemetry and browser metrics to improve digital customer experience.
• Collaborate with frontend engineering teams to implement performance improvements and prevent regressions.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in Web Performance Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS).
• Hands\-on experience with Chrome DevTools.
• Experience with Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
• Experience with one or more of the following tools:
• Catchpoint
• Blue Triangle
• WebPageTest
• Lighthouse CI
• SpeedCurve
• Akamai mPulse
• ContentSquare
• FullStory
• Quantum Metric
• Yottaa
• New Relic
• Datadog
• Strong understanding of browser rendering, JavaScript execution, and modern frontend frameworks such as React.
• Experience working on enterprise\-scale, high\-traffic e\-commerce applications.

This role is **strictly focused on Client\-Side Web Performance Testing and Optimization**.

• *Not suitable for candidates with primary experience in:**

• Backend Load Testing (JMeter, BlazeMeter, Gatling)
• Infrastructure SRE / Cloud Engineering
• Pure Frontend Feature Development
• Dashboard Reporting without hands\-on performance troubleshooting
