We are looking for a **Senior Workday Integrations Lead** to drive integration architecture, solution design, and implementation across critical HR, Payroll, Finance, and third\-party systems.

\- Architect/Lead\-level Workday Integration Experience
\-Workday Studio (**Mandatory**)
\- BIRT Reporting (**Mandatory**)
\-Lead end\-to\-end Workday integration architecture, design, and implementation
\- Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations across enterprise applications
\-Design data transformation, validation, and governance frameworks
\- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver business\-critical integrations
\-Ensure integration scalability, reliability, security, and performance
\-Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and production support issues
\-Establish and drive best practices for integration development, deployment, and governance
\-Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post\-production activities
\-Workday Studio
\-Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
\-Core Connectors \& Cloud Connect
\- SOAP \& REST APIs
\-XML / XSLT
\-Data Transformation \& Validation
\-Integration Monitoring \& Troubleshooting
\-Workday Integration Architecture \& Solution Design
\- Experience with middleware platforms such as **MuleSoft** and **Boomi**
\-Experience integrating Workday with HR, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, and third\-party applications
\-Knowledge of Workday Security, Compliance, and Integration Governance
\-Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
\-Proven experience leading enterprise\-scale Workday integration projects
\-Strong architecture, design, and technical leadership capabilities
\-Ability to manage multiple integration workstreams and priorities simultaneously
\-Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills
\-Strong client\-facing and stakeholder engagement experience
Pay: ₹80,000\.00 \- ₹90,000\.00 per month
