SEO & AI Search Specialist

We are looking for an **SEO \& AI Search Specialist** who understands both traditional search optimization and the rapidly evolving world of **AI\-powered search and answer engines**.

The candidate will be responsible for increasing Essence Health's organic visibility across India and North American markets while building strong topical and entity authority in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for India and North American markets.
• Conduct technical, on\-page, off\-page, and international SEO.
• Develop keyword and search\-intent strategies.
• Perform comprehensive SEO audits.
• Optimize website architecture, metadata, internal linking, content structure, and technical performance.
• Develop topical authority around healthcare, digital health, AI, wellness, fitness, medical tourism, and related topics.
• Optimize content for Google Search and AI\-powered search experiences.
• Develop strategies for AI Overviews, answer engines, and generative search.
• Improve entity visibility and knowledge representation.
• Monitor Google Search Console, GA4, rankings, traffic, and organic conversions.
• Develop link\-building and authority\-development strategies.
• Work with content, product, and technology teams on SEO implementation.
• Support CRO and landing\-page optimization.
• Use AI tools for research, content analysis, competitive intelligence, and SEO workflows.
• Track changes in search algorithms and AI search behavior.
