SEO & AIO Head

• *About the Role**

Skills Caravan is looking for a technically strong **SEO \& AIO Head** to drive organic growth across both traditional search engines and AI\-powered search platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on expertise in Technical SEO, Semantic SEO, AI Optimization (AIO/GEO), analytics, and content strategy.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Own end\-to\-end Technical SEO strategy and execution.
• Improve crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and website performance.
• Optimize website architecture, schema markup, internal linking, and structured data.
• Drive AI Search Optimization (AIO/GEO) to improve visibility across LLMs and AI search engines.
• Build topical authority through keyword clustering, content hubs, and semantic SEO.
• Conduct regular SEO audits using Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
• Develop high\-quality backlink strategies and monitor domain health.
• Track organic growth using GA4, Looker Studio, and Search Console.
• Collaborate with Product, Content, and Engineering teams to implement SEO best practices.

• *Key Result Areas (KRAs)**

• Increase organic traffic and qualified inbound leads.
• Improve rankings for high\-intent commercial keywords.
• Enhance AI search visibility and brand citations across LLMs.
• Maintain website health score above 90% and Core Web Vitals compliance.
• Improve domain authority and organic conversion rates.

• *Required Skills**

• 5–8 years of experience in Technical SEO.
• Strong understanding of Semantic SEO, Entity SEO, and AI Optimization (AIO/GEO/LLMO).
• Hands\-on experience with **GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Schema Markup, HTML/CSS basics**.
• Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B technology marketing is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills.
