About the Role

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical **SEO Analyst** to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, increase website traffic, and enhance search engine rankings for multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective On\-Page, Off\-Page, and Technical SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
Optimize website content, metadata, URL structures, and internal linking.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Track keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions, and prepare monthly SEO performance reports.
Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers, and the performance marketing team to implement SEO best practices.
Execute ethical link\-building strategies to improve domain authority.
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, indexing issues, Core Web Vitals, and website performance improvements.
Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
Work on Local SEO strategies, Google Business Profile optimization, and schema implementation where applicable.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of On\-Page, Off\-Page, and Technical SEO.
Hands\-on experience with keyword research and competitor analysis.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar SEO tools.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture is an added advantage.
Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem\-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of hands\-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Experience managing multiple client accounts will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
Understanding of Core Web Vitals, Schema Markup, and website performance optimization.
Basic knowledge of PPC, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
