Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute **SEO strategies** to improve organic rankings and website visibility.
• Manage and optimize **Google Ads and Meta Ads** campaigns.
• Develop and implement strategies for **organic lead generation**.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on\-page/off\-page SEO activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, traffic, conversions, and lead quality.
• Analyze marketing data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities and implement growth strategies.
• Coordinate with the content and development teams for SEO and marketing requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest **SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing trends**.
• Work towards improving overall online presence, traffic, and lead generation.

Required Skills

• **3–4 years of relevant experience** in SEO and Digital Marketing.
• Hands\-on experience with **Google Ads and Meta Ads**.
• Strong knowledge of **Organic Lead Generation**.
• Good understanding of on\-page and off\-page SEO.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000\.00 per month
