SEO Executive / Digital Marketing Executive

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a results\-driven SEO Executive with 3–4 years of hands\-on experience in Search Engine Optimization and Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both On\-Page and Off\-Page SEO, keyword research, content optimization, link\-building strategies, technical SEO, and performance tracking. The candidate will be responsible for improving organic search rankings, driving website traffic, and supporting overall digital marketing initiatives.

• *Key ResponsibilitiesSEO (On\-Page)**

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, and internal linking structures.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings and user experience.
• Collaborate with content teams to create SEO\-friendly content and optimize existing content.
• Perform regular website audits and recommend improvements.

• *SEO (Off\-Page)**

• Plan and execute high\-quality link\-building campaigns.
• Manage guest posting, outreach, directory submissions, business listings, and other white\-hat SEO activities.
• Build relationships with publishers, bloggers, and industry websites.
• Monitor backlink profiles and address toxic links when required.

• *Technical SEO**

• Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, site speed, mobile usability, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
• Work closely with development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.

• *Digital Marketing**

• Support digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Assist in content marketing and social media optimization initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and digital marketing best practices.

• *Reporting \& Analytics**

• Track keyword rankings, website traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Use data\-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 3–4 years of proven experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of On\-Page, Off\-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Experience with keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Proficiency in:
• Google Analytics (GA4\)
• Google Search Console
• Google Tag Manager (preferred)
• SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website development concepts.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals and SEO best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Familiarity with PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO\-related programs is a plus.
