About the Role

We are looking for a result\-driven SEO Executive to improve our website's organic visibility, search engine rankings, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in both On\-Page and Off\-Page SEO, keyword research, technical SEO, and performance tracking.

Key ResponsibilitiesOn\-Page SEO

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, and URLs.
• Implement internal linking strategies and content optimization.
• Monitor website performance and recommend SEO improvements.

Off\-Page SEO

• Develop and execute link\-building strategies.
• Perform guest posting, directory submissions, profile creation, and outreach activities.
• Build high\-quality backlinks from relevant websites.
• Monitor backlink profiles and remove toxic links when required.
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis and identify growth opportunities.

Technical SEO

• Monitor website indexing and crawlability.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Work closely with content and development teams to improve website performance.
• Ensure proper implementation of schema markup, redirects, and sitemap updates.

Reporting \& Analysis

• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and backlink growth.
• Generate weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
• Use SEO tools to analyze website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of On\-Page, Off\-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or Ubersuggest.
• Understanding of Google ranking factors and algorithm updates.
• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands\-on SEO experience.
• Proven track record of improving organic search performance.
