• *About the Role**

We are looking for a **result\-driven SEO Executive** who is passionate about organic growth, search engine trends, and data\-driven optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with content, performance marketing, and development teams to improve website visibility, rankings, and conversions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct **in\-depth keyword research** to identify high\-impact keywords and optimization opportunities.
• Execute **on\-page and off\-page SEO strategies** to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
• Optimize website content including **blogs, landing pages, and service pages** in collaboration with content creators.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using **Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools**.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and conversions, and prepare **weekly/monthly SEO reports**.
• Identify and resolve **technical SEO issues** (site speed, indexing, crawl errors, redirects, etc.) in coordination with the development team.
• Conduct **competitor analysis** to benchmark performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated with **SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices**.
• Collaborate with **performance marketing, digital PR, and video teams** to align SEO with overall marketing strategies.
• Provide actionable, data\-backed recommendations for continuous website and content optimization.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field**.
• **Min 1 years of hands\-on SEO experience**, preferably in an agency or fast\-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of SEO tools such as **SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz,** or similar.
• Proficiency in **Google Analytics and Google Search Console**.
• Basic understanding of **HTML, CSS, and website architecture**.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• *Good to Have**

• Google Analytics or Google Ads certification.
• Passion for digital marketing and continuous learning.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
