Job Description (SEO Executive / AI\-First SEO Specialist – B2B SaaS)

• Lead\-to\-Account Matching
• Data Deduplication
• Calendar Scheduling
• On\-the\-Spot Lead Handoff

We work primarily with CRM ecosystems, helping teams reduce lead leakage and increase revenue efficiency.

• *Role Overview**

We are looking for an AI\-First SEO Specialist with strong experience in:

Organic traffic growth for B2B SaaS

Ranking in AI Overviews (Google SGE), Featured Snippets \& LLM results

Keyword research for AI\-driven search queries

On\-page optimization and technical SEO

Authority building (DR/DA improvement)

WordPress optimization (schema, metadata, technical changes)

Supporting social content \& Canva\-based creatives

This is a high\-impact role directly influencing pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities1️ **AI\-Driven SEO Strategy**

Identify AI\-driven queries and conversational search intent

Optimize content for AI Overviews and zero\-click SERP features

Structure content for LLM visibility (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)

Implement FAQ schema, HowTo schema, Product schema

2️ **Keyword Research \& SERP Strategy**

Perform keyword clustering (commercial \+ informational \+ AI intent)

Identify revenue\-driving keywords for

Lead routing

Lead\-to\-account matching

RevOps automation

Build topical authority maps

Competitor gap analysis

• *On\-Page \& Technical SEO**

Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, and internal linking

Implement structured data

Handle WordPress SEO updates (Yoast/RankMath)

Manage canonical , hreflang (if needed), schema markup

Authority \& DR Growth

Build high\-quality backlinks (not spammy links)

SaaS guest posting

Digital PR

Improve domain authority through strategic content partnerships

Optimize blog content for

Featured snippets

AI Overviews

Comparison keywords

Bottom\-funnel conversion keywords

Refresh outdated blogs

Improve CTR via compelling meta copy

6️ Social \& Distribution

Repurpose blog content into LinkedIn posts

Create basic Canva creatives

Support organic content amplification

• *Required Skills**

1\+ years SEO experience (B2B SaaS preferred)

Proven experience ranking pages in the top 3 positions

Experience optimizing for AI Overviews / SGE

Strong knowledge of schema markup

Hands\-on WordPress experience

Experience with Ahrefs / SEMrush / GSC

Understanding of RevOps / CRM ecosystem

Canva knowledge (basic creative skills)

Pay: ₹200,000\.00 \- ₹300,000\.00 per year
