SEO Executive

• *Position Overview:**

• *Designation: Internal Hiring \- SEO Executive**

We are seeking a detail\-driven and result\-oriented **SEO Executive** to enhance and manage our ongoing SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a **1\-1\.5 year of hands\-on experience** with strong knowledge across On\-Page, Off\-Page, Technical, and Local SEO. The role involves boosting search visibility, maintaining technically sound and optimized websites, and supporting steady organic growth through planned SEO actions and regular performance tracking.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Execute complete On\-Page SEO, including content optimization, metadata updates, URL structuring, internal linking, schema implementation, and page\-level audits.
• Lead Off\-Page SEO activities such as outreach, quality link building, and acquiring authoritative backlinks.
• Conduct Technical SEO audits, identify site issues, and coordinate with developers for required fixes and improvements.
• Manage and optimize Google My Business listings to improve Local SEO visibility and search rankings.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and overall website performance metrics.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager to track site health and performance.
• Perform in\-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to support strategic SEO planning.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights for ongoing SEO improvements.
• Stay up\-to\-date with algorithm changes, emerging SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with content writers for effective content optimization aligned with SEO goals.

• *Requirements:**

• **Minimum 1 year of hands\-on SEO experience** with strong understanding of ranking factors and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console for performance tracking and insights.
• Ability to use keyword research and SEO audit tools effectively.
• Experience in preparing SEO reports and monitoring performance through GA \& GSC.
• Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
• Skilled in backlink acquisition and Off\-Page SEO strategies.
• Capability to perform technical SEO audits and coordinate for fixes.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in content optimization aligned with SEO goals.
