Job Description

Digital Mitro Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and results\-driven SEO Executive with hands\-on experience in both Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Advertising (Google Ads/Meta Ads). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of organic search strategies, technical SEO, keyword research, campaign management, and performance optimization.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Conduct on\-page SEO optimization including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content recommendations.
• Handle technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, and website structure.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools and generate actionable insights.
• Build and execute white\-hat link\-building strategies.
• Track keyword rankings, traffic growth, and SEO KPIs.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and industry trends.

Paid Ads Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing).
• Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook \& Instagram).
• Conduct audience research and campaign targeting.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and ad creatives.
• Improve CTR, Quality Score, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
• Generate regular campaign performance reports and insights.

Required Skills

• 3\+ years of experience in SEO and Paid Advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
• Hands\-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Good understanding of technical SEO and website optimization.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Merchant Center is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Google Ads Certification is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of improving organic rankings and generating leads through paid campaigns.
