We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven SEO \& Performance Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence, increase audience engagement, generate qualified leads, and support the growth of our media and event brands.
Position Overview
The SEO \& Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing organic and paid digital marketing campaigns across search engines and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should possess hands\-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, analytics, lead generation, and performance reporting. Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai will be preferred due to the work location requirement.
Key Responsibilities
A. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and implement on\-page and off\-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, metadata, landing pages, and blog articles.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and recommend improvements.
- Manage backlink\-building activities and improve domain authority.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Coordinate with content and editorial teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
B. Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Develop audience targeting strategies for lead generation and event registrations.
- Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing of advertisements, creatives, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support the execution of organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Increase audience engagement and brand visibility across digital platforms.
- Track social media campaign performance and audience growth.
C. Analytics \& Reporting
* Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4\)
- Google Search Console
- Google Tag Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyse user behaviour and recommend strategies to improve conversions and lead generation.
- Present insights and recommendations to management.
D. Event \& Media Marketing Support
- Promote conferences, awards, and industry events through digital marketing campaigns.
- Drive delegate registrations, sponsorship inquiries, and audience engagement.
- Support marketing initiatives for digital content and media products.
Collaborate with sales and event teams to achieve revenue and registration targets.
Required Skills \& Qualification
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of SEO principles and implementation.
- Hands\-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience in keyword research and SEO tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4\), Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Understanding of social media advertising and audience targeting.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CMS platforms, and website optimization.
- Experience with lead generation and conversion tracking.
Experience
- 2–3 years of hands\-on experience in SEO and Performance Marketing.
- Experience managing paid campaigns across Google and LinkedIn.
- Exposure to media, content creation, exhibitions, conferences, or event marketing will be highly preferred.
- Proven ability to improve website traffic, generate leads, and optimize campaign performance.
