• *Job Overview**

We are looking for a skilled and result\-oriented **SEO Executive with strong expertise in Off\-Page SEO and Quality Link Building**. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in acquiring high\-quality backlinks, guest posting, Quora posting, Reddit posting, and other off\-page SEO activities to improve website authority, keyword rankings, and organic visibility.

We are specifically looking for a candidate whose **main strength is Off\-Page SEO**, rather than someone who primarily focuses on On\-Page SEO or technical SEO.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan and execute off\-page SEO strategies to improve website authority and organic rankings.
• Build high\-quality, relevant, and authoritative backlinks from genuine websites.
• Identify and manage guest posting opportunities on relevant websites and blogs.
• Conduct outreach campaigns for guest posts, link insertions, and contextual backlinks.
• Perform Quora posting and participate in relevant discussions to build brand visibility and referral traffic.
• Manage Reddit posting and community engagement while following subreddit rules and guidelines.
• Execute link\-building activities, including niche edits, contextual links, and relevant resource link building.
• Research competitor backlink profiles and identify new link\-building opportunities.
• Analyze referring domains, backlink quality, anchor text distribution, and link relevance.
• Maintain backlink records, outreach sheets, and monthly off\-page SEO reports.
• Monitor backlink growth, lost links, and overall off\-page SEO performance.
• Ensure all link\-building activities follow Google Search Essentials and ethical SEO practices.
• Coordinate with the SEO and content teams to support ongoing SEO campaigns.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 1–2 years of hands\-on experience in Off\-Page SEO.
• Strong practical knowledge of quality link building and backlink acquisition.
• Experience in guest posting, blogger outreach, and website link placements.
• Practical experience with Quora posting and Reddit posting activities.
• Good understanding of domain relevance, website authority, referring domains, and backlink quality.
• Knowledge of competitor backlink analysis using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console and basic SEO reporting.
• Good research, communication, and outreach skills.
• Ability to identify relevant websites and evaluate backlink opportunities.
• Understanding of white\-hat SEO practices and Google's link spam policies.
