• *ROLE PURPOSE**

Makes RKF's content found \- in classic search and in AI answer engines and proves it reaches the right audiences. The search brain behind the content hub.

• *SPECIALTY FOCUS**

• *Search and answer\-engine optimization across all content, especially the content hub, D2C and marketplace.**

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Own keyword and entity research, search\-intent mapping and content\-gap analysis; feed prioritized briefs to writers.
• Optimize on\-page and off\-page SEO across the content hub and website, and (with the marketplace writer) marketplace listings.
• Lead GEO / AEO \- structure content and implement structured data / schema so brands surface in AI Overviews, Perplexity and direct\-answer formats.
• Run content audits and refreshes; track rankings, organic traffic and answer\-engine citations; report on provable reach.
• Partner with Performance on the organic\-plus\-paid distribution model so founder and brand content provably reaches the right global buyers.

• *COLLABORATES WITH**

All writers; Performance / Demand Gen; web / dev (technical SEO \& schema); Ecommerce.

• *REQUIREMENTS**

• 3\-5 years of SEO with demonstrable content results.
• Hands\-on with Semrush / Ahrefs, Google Analytics and Search Console.
• A genuine AEO / GEO method \- structure, schema, entities and measurement, not buzzwords.
• Analytical and content\-literate.

• *PREFERRED**

Consumer / e\-commerce SEO; schema / technical SEO; demonstrable AI\-answer\-engine placements.

• *SUCCESS METRICS**

Organic traffic and rankings growth; answer\-engine citations / visibility; brief quality and turnaround; audit coverage.

• *CANDIDATE BACKGROUND**

• Content / brand / agency SEO preferred. Consumer / FMCG / retail / e\-commerce. Not IT / SaaS / tech\-product.*
