We're looking for an experienced **SEO \& GEO Executive** who understands both traditional SEO and the future of AI\-powered search. You'll help optimize websites for Google Search as well as AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.

Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Execute on\-page SEO, OFF\-PAGE and content optimization.
• Conduct technical SEO audits.
• Optimize website speed, indexing, crawlability, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and redirects.
• Implement schema markup (JSON\-LD).
• Optimize content for AI search engines (GEO).
• Set up and manage llms.txt where applicable.
• Build and execute white\-hat link\-building strategies.
• Manage Google Business Profile and Local SEO.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Prepare monthly SEO reports.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and AI search trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of SEO experience.
• Experience with:
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics (GA4\)
• Ahrefs
• SEMrush
• Screaming Frog
• Google Keyword Planner
• Ubersuggest or Moz
• Experience with WordPress SEO plugins (Rank Math/Yoast).
• Knowledge of schema markup.
• Understanding of GEO / AI Search Optimization.
• Basic HTML knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills.
