SEO Lead Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled **SEO Lead Manager** to drive and scale organic growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, eCommerce SEO, analytics, and AI\-powered automation to improve search visibility, organic traffic, and revenue.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute SEO strategies across all website categories.
• Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexation, site health, and page speed.
• Optimize on\-page elements, including meta tags, schema, URLs, and internal linking.
• Drive link\-building and off\-page SEO campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for keyword research, content generation, optimization, and competitor analysis.
• Build AI\-powered workflows and automation for SEO execution, reporting, audits, keyword clustering, and content operations.
• Develop and implement automation using **n8n, APIs, Python, and custom\-built AI tools** to streamline and scale SEO processes.
• Optimize website visibility across Google Search, AI Overviews, and generative search platforms (GEO).
• Track KPIs including organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and revenue.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams.
• Lead and mentor SEO Executives to ensure effective and timely execution.

• *Required Skills \& Experience**

• 5\+ years of hands\-on SEO experience, preferably in eCommerce.
• Strong expertise in technical, on\-page, off\-page, and content SEO.
• Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Experience in keyword research, clustering, schema markup, and content optimization.
• Hands\-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.
• Practical experience with **n8n, Python, APIs, workflow automation, and custom tool development**.
• Ability to build AI agents and custom automation systems for SEO research, content generation, optimization, and reporting.
• Understanding of GEO and AI\-driven search optimization.
• Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
