About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to manage international e\-commerce and service\-based clients, lead a small team, and drive organic traffic, keyword rankings, and business growth.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Develop SEO strategies and monthly roadmaps for 8–15 international client accounts.
• Manage SEO for Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, and custom\-built websites.
• Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, redirects, canonicals, schema, and website structure.
• Handle keyword research, competitor analysis, topic clustering, and content planning for product pages, category pages, and blogs.
• Guide content writers and review content based on search intent and brand guidelines.
• Plan and manage ethical link\-building campaigns and digital PR.
• Improve visibility on Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity through entity building, structured data, and quality content.
• Monitor SEO performance and prepare monthly reports with insights and action plans.
• Handle international client calls, manage expectations, and coordinate with Ads and CRO teams.
• Lead and mentor SEO executives and content writers, and develop SOPs and quality checklists.
• Identify and resolve traffic drops and ranking issues following Google algorithm updates.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands\-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or e\-commerce company.
• Proven results in organic traffic, keyword rankings, and revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of Technical, On\-Page, Off\-Page, and Content SEO.
• Hands\-on experience with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
• Knowledge of robots.txt, XML sitemaps, 301/302 redirects, hreflang, JavaScript rendering, and schema markup.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Shopify, and WordPress.
• Experience with international SEO, especially US, UK, and European markets, including multi\-language and multi\-region websites.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring at least 2 team members.

Good to Have

• Shopify SEO, Local SEO, and Google Business Profile experience.
• Basic knowledge of Python, Google Sheets formulas, or Apps Script.
• Familiarity with AI tools for SEO research and content creation.
• Knowledge of Amazon SEO and CRO.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹59,000\.00 per month
