About the Role

We are seeking a results\-driven SEO Specialist to improve our clients' online visibility, organic traffic, and search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will have experience in on\-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and link\-building strategies across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies for client websites.
• Optimize website content, metadata, URL structures, and internal linking.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
• Build and execute ethical link\-building campaigns.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams.
• Identify and resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, and site performance problems.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports for clients and management.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 1\+ years of SEO experience (agency or outsourcing environment preferred).
• Strong understanding of Google ranking factors and SEO best practices.
• Experience with keyword research and SEO tools.
• Knowledge of technical SEO, schema markup, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt.
• Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
