SEO Specialist

• *What You’ll Do**

• Plan and run end\-to\-end SEO for client websites: on\-page, off\-page and technical SEO
• Do keyword research, competitor analysis and content gap analysis
• Optimise content for AI search engines and answer engines (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) using AEO and GEO practices
• Implement schema markup, structured data and FAQ optimisation
• Run technical audits covering site speed, indexing, crawl errors and Core Web Vitals
• Build quality backlinks through ethical, white\-hat methods
• Track rankings, traffic and conversions in Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools
• Prepare clear monthly performance reports and present them to clients
• Work with the content and development teams on SEO\-friendly pages

• *What We’re Looking For (Must\-Have)**

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–2 years of hands\-on SEO experience, at an agency or in\-house
• **Proven track record of ranking websites on Google Page 1\.** You must share the keyword, the URL and proof (a GSC or tool screenshot)
• Strong grasp of core SEO: on\-page, off\-page and technical
• Working knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation)
• Hands\-on use of tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest or Screaming Frog
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills; you should be able to explain results to clients

• Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation
• Basic WordPress, HTML or Shopify knowledge
• Experience using AI tools for SEO research and content workflows
