SEO Specialist

• *SEO Specialist \| 2–4 Years Experience**

We are looking for an experienced and results\-driven **SEO Specialist** with **2–4 years of hands\-on experience** in SEO strategy, demand generation, content optimization, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate should be capable of improving organic visibility, generating qualified leads, and achieving measurable marketing goals.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop SEO strategies to improve **organic traffic, keyword rankings, and website visibility**
• Conduct **keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis**
• Execute **On\-Page SEO, Off\-Page SEO, and basic Technical SEO**
• Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, and marketing content
• Implement **demand generation and organic lead generation strategies**
• Track **SEO KPIs, demand generation KPIs, and content performance KPIs**
• Analyse organic traffic, keyword rankings, leads, conversions, and user behaviour
• Monitor website performance using **Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools**
• Identify opportunities to improve **landing\-page conversions, content performance, and lead quality**
• Prepare regular performance reports and action plans aligned with **SEO goals and business objectives**
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and technical teams to improve organic growth

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with **2–4 years of hands\-on SEO experience**
• Strong knowledge of **On\-Page SEO, Off\-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Keyword Research**
• Hands\-on experience with **Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools**
• Understanding of **Demand Generation, Lead Generation, and Conversion Rate Optimization**
• Knowledge of **content strategy, content optimization, and content performance KPIs**
• Ability to define and monitor **SEO goals, traffic growth, keyword rankings, and organic lead targets**
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and reporting skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to independently execute, analyse, and improve SEO performance

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹65,000\.00 per month
