We are seeking a results\-driven SEO Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, website traffic, lead generation, and search engine rankings. The role requires expertise in technical SEO, on\-page SEO, off\-page SEO, local SEO, content optimization, backlink acquisition, and emerging AI\-powered search platforms.
The SEO Specialist will work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure websites are optimized for both traditional and AI\-driven search engines, while delivering measurable growth for clients and business objectives.
RequirementsExperience \& Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands\-on SEO experience.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On\-Page SEO, Off\-Page SEO, Local SEO, and Content SEO.
- Experience conducting SEO audits and implementing recommendations.
- Knowledge of website architecture, crawlability, indexability, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, canonicals, and Core Web Vitals.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Bing Webmaster Tools.
- Experience with schema markup and structured data implementation.
- Knowledge of WordPress SEO and basic HTML/CSS.
- Experience with backlink building, outreach campaigns, citation building, and digital PR.
Modern Search \& AI SEO
- Understanding of AI SEO, LLM SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Google AI Overviews, Bing/Copilot Search, and AI\-powered search trends.
- Familiarity with AI content workflows and search visibility optimization.
