Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results\-driven **SEO Specialist** with expertise in **Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Short\-Form Video Content Creation**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our online visibility, increasing website traffic, growing social media engagement, and creating compelling reels and short videos that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Key Roles \& ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search engines.
- Implement on\-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Monitor and improve website rankings on Google and other search engines.
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Build and manage quality backlink strategies.
- Track SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports and performance dashboards.
Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Manage and optimize the organization's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Develop and implement social media growth strategies.
- Schedule and publish engaging content regularly.
- Increase followers, reach, engagement, and community interaction.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries when required.
- Analyze social media performance and generate reports.
Reel Making \& Short\-Form Video Content
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging reels and short videos for social media platforms.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with marketing campaigns and organizational objectives.
- Create educational, promotional, testimonial, and trend\-based reel content.
- Add captions, transitions, music, graphics, and effects to improve engagement.
- Repurpose existing content into short\-form videos.
- Stay updated with current trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms.
- Coordinate with teams to capture events, testimonials, and behind\-the\-scenes content.
Lead Generation \& Campaign Support
- Support digital marketing campaigns to generate inquiries and leads.
- Optimize campaign content for maximum engagement and conversions.
- Assist in creating landing pages and promotional creatives.
- Collaborate with admissions, sales, and marketing teams to achieve enrollment targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Improvement in website rankings and organic traffic.
- Growth in website inquiries and lead generation.
- Increase in social media followers and engagement rates.
- Number and performance of reels published monthly.
- Reel views, reach, shares, and conversions.
- Growth in brand visibility across digital platforms.
- Timely submission of monthly performance reports.
Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in SEO and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, or other video editing software.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Education or EdTech sector.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Photography and videography skills.

Pay: ₹150,000\.00 \- ₹300,000\.00 per year
