As we expand our service offerings, we are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who can drive measurable organic growth for our clients across multiple industries including travel, education, internet services, coaching, healthcare and local businesses.
Role Overview
We are looking for a results\-driven SEO Specialist with 3–5 years of hands\-on experience in On\-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Local SEO, Content SEO, and Link Building.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing complete SEO campaigns from audits and keyword research to implementation, reporting and ranking improvements.
This is not a basic SEO Executive role.
We need someone who understands search intent, business goals, lead generation and the future of search including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
Key Responsibilities
Technical SEO
\* Conduct complete website audits
\* Identify and resolve indexing, crawling, and technical SEO issues
\* Optimize Core Web Vitals and website performance
\* Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization, redirects, and schema markup
\* Work closely with developers for technical implementation
On\-Page SEO
\* Perform keyword mapping and page optimization
\* Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking
\* Create SEO\-friendly site structures
\* Improve existing landing pages and service pages
\* Build location\-specific landing pages for Local SEO
Local SEO
\* Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles
\* Improve local rankings and map visibility
\* Implement local citation building strategies
\* Create location\-focused content and landing pages
Content SEO
\* Conduct keyword and competitor research
\* Develop SEO content strategies
\* Create content briefs for writers
\* Optimize blogs for rankings, traffic, and conversions
\* Identify commercial\-intent content opportunities
Off\-Page SEO
\* Build high\-quality backlinks through outreach
\* Guest posting and authority\-building activities
\* Manage link acquisition campaigns
\* Analyze backlink profiles and competitor strategies
Reporting \& Analytics
\* Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions
\* Generate monthly SEO reports
\* Track KPIs using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
\* Present actionable recommendations and growth opportunities
