SEO Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated SEO Specialist with 1–2 years of hands\-on experience in search engine optimization. The candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and supporting digital marketing initiatives through effective SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structures.
• Assist in implementing on\-page, off\-page, and technical SEO activities.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Perform regular SEO audits and recommend improvements.
• Support content teams with SEO\-friendly content guidelines and keyword targeting.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other SEO performance metrics.
• Build and manage quality backlinks through ethical link\-building practices.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of SEO experience.
• Good understanding of on\-page, off\-page, and technical SEO concepts.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and website structures.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in content optimization and SEO content strategy.
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
• Familiarity with local SEO and schema markup.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹17,000\.00 per month
