SEO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced **SEO Specialist** with **7\+ years of hands\-on experience** in driving organic growth through effective SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have expertise in **On\-Page, Off\-Page, Technical SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)**, along with strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. Experience in driving organic traffic and lead generation for **IT Services and SaaS businesses** is mandatory.

• *Responsibilities**

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Develop and implement on\-page SEO strategies.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structures.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
• Build and manage high\-quality backlink campaigns.
• Implement and optimize **AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)** strategies to improve visibility in answer engines and featured snippets.
• Implement **GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)** strategies to improve brand visibility across AI\-powered search and generative platforms.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Track keyword rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve website performance.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes, AI search trends, and industry best practices.

• *Required Skills**

• **7\+ years of experience** in SEO and Digital Marketing.
• Proven experience in driving organic traffic for **IT Services and SaaS businesses**.
• Strong knowledge of **On\-Page, Off\-Page, Technical SEO, AEO, and GEO optimization**.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques.
