SEO Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our website's visibility and drive organic traffic. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, on\-page and off\-page optimization techniques, and be able to analyze data to measure the success of SEO campaigns.

Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for targeting.

Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and on\-page copy, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.

Develop and implement link building strategies to acquire high\-quality backlinks from reputable websites.

Perform technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues that may impact website performance and indexing.

Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and other SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third\-party SEO software.

Stay up\-to\-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.

Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices into website design and content creation processes.

Provide recommendations for website improvements based on SEO analysis and industry insights.

Track and report on the performance of SEO campaigns, including ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience working in SEO, with a strong track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.

In\-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross\-functionally with teams across the organization.

Detail\-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Creative problem solver with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and innovations in SEO.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience as SEO Manager , SEM manager or similar role

Experience with local SEO and e\-commerce SEO strategies.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development principles.

Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.

Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
