• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a results\-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies that improve organic search visibility, increase website traffic, and drive qualified leads and conversions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and content optimization skills to support the growth of our e\-commerce platform.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website performance.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, product pages, landing pages, metadata, and internal linking structures.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to indexing, crawlability, site speed, and mobile usability.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Implement and manage link\-building campaigns to improve domain authority and search visibility.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into campaigns.
• Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and other KPIs, and provide actionable performance reports.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Executive, or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Keyword Research, On\-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.
• Experience conducting SEO Audits and implementing optimization recommendations.
• Knowledge of Link Building strategies and backlink management.
• Hands\-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related reporting tools.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or equivalent platforms.
• Understanding of website architecture, indexing, site speed optimization, and mobile SEO.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and structured data is preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience in E\-commerce, Luxury, Lifestyle, Retail, or Gifting industries.
• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e\-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of content marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is an advantage.
