Seppic - Quality and regulatory Officer

As a Quality and regulatory officer, your main missions are

• *Quality**

• Ensures the implementation and compliance of the quality procedure within the stakeholders in the zone
• Handling of customer complaints by coordinating with cross functional representatives.
• Prepare a monthly report on "Customer Complaints" highlighting the difficulties, the critical or recurring complaints.
• Answer customer requests with the target of closing them within 7 calendar days (Questionnaire, statements)
• Coordinating and signing of the Quality agreements with the customers.

• *Regulatory Affairs**

• Timely knowledge of the latest regulations of the zone.
• Represent zone requirements to the Corporate Regulatory Affairs
• Review and answer the regulatory requests sent by the zone customers.
• Coordinate with the Corporate regulatory team to arrange all the relevant documentation for business operations.
• Prepare and sign the official regulatory documents as the regulatory Officer and maintain all the mandatory certifications accurate and validated (as per the region's regulations).
• Validate \& ensure the regulatory compliance and quality assurance of our partners
• Work with the corporate regulatory team to register new products in the zone by identifying, collecting, preparing local regulatory documents, preparing dossiers and filing to the regional regulatory authority.

• *Sales support**

• Sales support for the zone in samples and customer related matters.
