Service Co-ordinator

We're Hiring \| Service Coordinator – HVAC . **Location:** Baner \& Nal Stop, Pune . **Employment Type:** Full\-time. **Joining:** Immediate / Short Notice Preferred. Join our growing HVAC team and play a key role in ensuring seamless service coordination, customer satisfaction, and efficient after\-sales support.

• *Key Responsibilities** \- Receive, log, and prioritize HVAC service requests (Chillers, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, Ventilation, Ducting, Controls \& Refrigeration). Schedule and coordinate service engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and OEM support. Manage breakdown calls, preventive maintenance, AMC, and warranty services. Track engineer movement, job progress, and timely service call closure. Monitor SLA response and resolution timelines and escalate delays when required

Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service lifecycle

Coordinate with Projects, Stores, Purchase, Accounts, and Quality teams for materials and approvals

Ensure availability of spares, tools, and technical documentation before site visits

Maintain accurate job cards, service reports, photographs, and customer acknowledgements

Maintain AMC records, preventive maintenance schedules, and service history Support AMC renewals and identify billable services for timely invoicing

Prepare daily service status reports and MIS reports on SLA compliance and service performance . **Required Qualifications \& Skills**

Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred

2–5 years of experience in HVAC service coordination or customer support

Good understanding of HVAC systems, AMC management, and service operations

Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/CRM software is an advantage .

Pay: ₹9,368\.05 \- ₹25,032\.63 per month

Work Location: In person
