• *Position Summary**

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and customer\-oriented professional to handle back\-office operations, service coordination, and telecalling activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, coordinating with customers and service teams, following up on service requests, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Service Coordination**

• Coordinate with customers and service engineers for service requests and appointments.
• Schedule and track service visits, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Follow up with service engineers regarding job status and completion.
• Update customers about service schedules, delays, and progress.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by coordinating with the concerned departments.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, service reports, and other documents as required.
• Manage emails, customer inquiries, and internal communication.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• **Education:** Minimum HSC ,Any Graduation
• **Experience**: Fresher / Experieced
• **Languages:** Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi and Hindi (essential for dealing with local staff and technicians) along with a working knowledge of English.
• **Skills:**
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Customer\-focused attitude with a positive and professional approach.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹12,000\.00 per month
