Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Communicating with Clients, Sales Engineer \& HO for Prompt \& Timely Services
• Promote Company Products \& Services
• Converting Client for AMC
• Servicing the Clients as per TAT Given by the company
• Coordinating with HO for Spares, Ticket Generation or Any Support Required.
• Regular Visit to Clients who have Taken AMC as per Agreement
• Filling \& Providing Timely Service Reports
• Responsible for Commissioning of Machines in the Territory Serviced
• Performing Emergency services when required
• Resolve Malfunctions of the machines
• Proper Drafting of Service Reports
• Follow up with the Existing Client for Business.
• Attend Phone Calls of Customers.
• Make All Entries into ERP
• Develop existing clients and generate Service Revenue.
• Ensure Timely payment collection from clients.
• Assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
