Job Description

Credence Genomics strives to provide cutting\-edge genetic testing services and innovative solutions in the field of genomics. **Medisequence (Pvt) Ltd** is a genomics and diagnostics facility located in Chennai, India.

  • *Role Description :**

The Service Lab Account Manager \- Kochiwill be responsible for promoting laboratory diagnostic services, tests, and kits across Kerala State. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, laboratories, and healthcare professionals. The incumbent will identify new business opportunities, achieve assigned sales targets, and ensure effective market coverage within the designated territory.

  • *Key Responsibilities :**
  • Drive sales growth and market share expansion for Critical Care products across the assigned region
  • Launch new products in the critical care segment successfully across hospital and institutional channels
  • Manage and develop Key Accounts \- Corporate Hospitals, Multispecialty Centers, Government Institutions, Diagnostic Labs
  • Build strong relationships with super specialists in therapeutic areas like Infectious Diseases, Oncology, Nephrology, and Intensive Care
  • Ensure timely coordination with the marketing and medical affairs teams to execute regional strategies
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives
  • *Qualification :**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field is essential
  • MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management is highly preferred
  • *Experience :**
  • 2 to 3 years’ Sales Experience
  • Experience with MNCs, Top Indian Pharma Companies or Leading Diagnostic Labs will be an added advantage
  • Proven success in hospital / institutional sales, product launches, and key account management
  • Prior experience working across Kochi is preferred
  • *Skills Required :**
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and ability to collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams
  • Good market knowledge and customer relationship management skills
