Join Bharath TVS We are looking for a high\-energy **Service Manager** to run our workshop. You will lead a skilled team of mechanics, drive service sales, and deliver top\-notch customer satisfaction.What You Will Do
**Run the Workshop**: Manage daily workflow, accurate job cards, and timely vehicle deliveries.
**Grow Business**: Drive revenue via labor targets, parts sales, and TVS AMCs.
**Track Quality**: Maintain low turnaround times (TAT) and zero\-defect repairs.
**Lead the Team**: Train, schedule, and motivate mechanics and service advisors.
**Handle Customers**: Resolve customer issues quickly to maintain high CSAT scores.
**Manage Stock**: Coordinate parts inventory and process warranty claims under TVS norms.
Who We Are Looking For
**Experience**: 3 to 8 years in a 2\-wheeler workshop (min. 2 years managing a team).
**Education**: ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
**Tech Skills**: Expert knowledge of TVS bikes/scooters, FI engines, and electricals.
**Software**: Experience using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is preferred.
**License**: Valid 2\-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
