- *Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan**
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated **Service Manager** to join our team.
- *Experience Required:** 5\+ Years
- *Industry:** Heavy Equipment \& Construction Machinery
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage overall service and maintenance operations.
- Handle servicing and troubleshooting of excavators and other construction equipment.
- Lead and supervise service engineers and technicians.
- Ensure timely equipment maintenance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage breakdowns, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with customers and ensure efficient after\-sales service.
- *Required Skills:**
- Strong technical knowledge of excavators and heavy construction machinery.
- Good team management and leadership skills.
- Experience in service operations and customer handling.
- Strong problem\-solving and communication skills.
