Service Marketing Executive

• **Value\-Added Services (VAS) \& Package Promotion:**
• Pitch and sell after\-sales products, including extended warranties, ceramic coating, interior detailing, and genuine accessories.
• **Campaign \& Service Camp Coordination:**
• Assist in planning and executing seasonal service camps, monsoon check\-ups, or free\-inspection events.
• Coordinate local promotional material, digital reminders.
• **Customer Feedback \& Post\-Service Follow\-ups:**
• Conduct post\-service feedback calls to check customer satisfaction levels.
• Log complaints or service escalations and coordinate with the service manager to ensure timely resolution and high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) metrics.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
